Following are the T&Cs that constitute our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days excluding bank holidays.

Note: We cannot deliver to PO boxes outside of UK. Please make sure you have input the correct delivery address as we are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. 



UK Delivery (All orders are tracked)

£4.99 - Royal Mail Tracked 48 ( 2 working days from dispatch )

£8.99 - DHL Express ( 1 working day from dispatch )

* Free UK delivery on orders above £100. All orders eligible for free delivery will be sent via DHL Express/Royal Mail Tracked 24

EU Delivery (All orders are tracked)

£13.99 - Royal Mail International Tracked (5-10 working days)

£20 - Fedex Regional (3-5 working days) 

* Free EU delivery via Fedex Regional on orders above £300

** Please note Royal Mail International Tracked is only available to certain EU countries 

US, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea

£18.99 - Royal Mail International Standard ( 6-15 working days)

* No custom fees to USA with purchase below $700

* Free delivery to US and Canada via DHL Express on orders above £400 

We have added the option of quicker delivery:

Rest of the World

£18.99 - Royal Mail International Standard ( 6-15 working days)

* Free delivery to Rest of the World on orders above £400.


We are not responsible for custom tax and duties imposed to your order. Any custom fees and taxes imposed during and after shipping will be the customer's responsibility. 

We are not responsible for delays that are out of our control such as custom processing times in your country. If you have any issues with your order, please send us an email to and we will try our best to help. 



We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after your package is marked as delivered to request a return in order for a full refund. KKOOKIE does not cover the shipping cost for returned items, the cost of returns shipping will be deducted from the order amount. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us as soon as possible at if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 


We do not accept exchanges at this time due to hygiene purposes. If you would like to modify your order, you can do so provided your order has not been marked as shipped. Please send an email to


If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive an email from us on the process. 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All orders made during any sale event are not eligible for refunds. 

We do not refund due to accidental purchases.

Changes to your order cannot be made once they have been marked as shipped.

We do not offer refunds on issues caused by user error and cosmetic defects.
